Mix Vegetables Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bhigoe Chawal (soaked rice)
  • 2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 6 long (cloves)
  • 2 tezpaat (bay leaves)
  • 2 tukray daarcheeni (cinnamon 2 sticks)
  • 6 kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 2 tsp namak (salt)

Ingredients for vegetable gravy

  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • 2 katte piyaz (onions sliced)
  • 2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 3 tamatar (tomatoes chopped)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 choti gobhi (small cauliflower)
  • 1/2 cup phaliyan (french beans boiled)
  • 1 cup gajar (carrot boiled)
  • 3 aalu (potatoes boiled)
  • 1 cup matar (peas boiled)
  • 1/2 cup shimla mirch (capsicum)
  • 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tap dar cheeni powder (cinnamon powder)
  • 1/4 cup garam doodh (hot milk)
  • 1/2 tsp zarde ka rang (yellow food color)
  • 1/4 pani (water)
  • 1/4 tsp red color
  • 1 cup bhune kaaju (roasted cashew nuts)
  • 3 tbsp talli piyaz (fried onion)
  • 3 tbsp makhan (butter)
  • 1 tsp garam masala (whole spices powder)

Directions

Ek degchi main pani chawal ubaalne ke liye pani garam karen_

Phir isme zeera, long, daarcheeni,tezpaat, kaali mirch,sirka, namak or chawal daal den_
Jab  chawal ubal jaye to inhe nikaal kar ek taraf rakh den_
Ab dosri degchi main tail or piyaz shamil karke naram hone tak pakaen_
Phir isme zeera or  adrak lehsan paste daal kar bhune_
Ab tamatar shamil karen or galne tak pakaen_
Jab tamatar gal jayen to haldi, namak, pissa dhania or laal mirch daal kar mix karen_
Ab gobi, phaliyan, gajar, aalu, matar or shimla mirch shamil karke chand minutes pakaen_
Phir hara dhania, dahi ,daarcheeni powder, ublay chawal, garam doodh main zarde ka rang mix kia hua, pani main red color mix kia hua,kaaju, talli piyaz, makhan or garam masala shamil karke dhakan dhak kar 20-25 minutes dam par rakh den_
Phir dish main nikaal kar garam garam serve karen_:)
