Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakre ka gosht (mutton)
- 5 laal mirch sabit ( red chilies)
- 25 gm kaaju (cashew nuts)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 piyaz (onion)
- 2 tsp pissa garam masala (all spices powder)
- 5 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 1/2 tsp long (cloves)
- 2 tukre daarcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
- 300 gm chawal (rice)
- 4 hari mirchen (green chilies)
- 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
- 1/2 gathi podina (mint 1/2 bunch)
- 4 uble hue ande katte hue (boiled eggs)
- Hasb e zarurat zarde ka rang
- 2 tbsp khewra
- Saffron

Pehle grinder main laal mirch or kaju ko thore se pani ke sath pees len_ab gosth main halka sa namak or adrak lehsan laga kar thori der ke liye rakh den_ab ek pan main ghee garan karke piyaz ko laal karen or thori piyaz nikaal len_ab pan main kaaju wala paste ,gosht or pissa garam masala shamil karke itna bhune ke rang tabdeel hojaye_phir isme 1-1/2 cup pani shaamil karen or sath main hari ilaichi, long or daarcheeni daal kar dhaken or dum par pakne ke liye chor den_ab ek pan main pani bhar kar chawal, namak or hari mirch shaamil karen_phir isme chawalo ki teh lagaen_iske baad zarde ka rang, khewra or saffron chirak kar 10-12 mimutes ka dum de den_mazedar afghani biryani tayar hai_ab isse serve karen_:)
