Chicken Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sawa kg chicken
  • 1 kg chawal (rice)
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 6 timatar (tomatoes chopped)
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tsp safed zeera (cumin)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 2 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tbsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 7 hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
  • 1/2 gathi podina (mint 1/2 bunch)
  • 2 tbsp sabit garam masala
  • 1 chutki zarde ka rang (food color 1 pinch)
  • 1 cup doodh (milk)
  • Chand katray khewra essence
  • 1 cup tail (oil)

Directions

Pehle ek pan main tail garam karke sabit garam masala daal den_phir piyaz shaamil karke sunehra hone den_ab adrak lehsan, haldi or zeera daal kar 3 minutes chamach chalaen_or phir timatar shaamil karke itni der pakaen ke timatar gal jaen_
Jab timatar achi tarah gal jaen or paste ki shakal main ajaen to chicken, namak, laal mirch, pissa dhania, pissa garam masala, hari mirchen, hara dhania or podina daal den_phir dahi daal kar achi tarah milaen or darmiyani anch par 12-15 minutes tak pakaen_
Chawalon ko thore se sabit garam masale ke sath ubaal len_
Ab ek bare pan main chicken ko phela kar rakhen or iske upar chawalo ki teh lagaen_doodh main zarde ka rang or khewra essence mila kar chawalo ke upar daal den_
Ab pan ko dhak kar 15 se 20 minutes garam tawe ke upar rakh kar halki anch par dum par pakaen_ab dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
