Ingredients

  • 1 chicken 14 tukre ( 14 pieces)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 cup masoor ki daal
  • 3 timatar (tomatoes)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • Chand curry pattay
  • 1 tsp daarcheeni pissi or bhuni hoi (cinnamon roasted)

Directions

Ek pan main chicken, piyaz ,2 cups pani, adrak lehsan paste, haldi ,namak, pissi laal mirch or tail daal kar pakne den_ab masoor ki daal ko alag se ubalen_jab wo gal jaye to blender main pees len_chicken ka pani khushk hojae to timatar daal kar halka sa bhunlen or daal shamil karen_sath main hari mirch or chand curry pattay daal kar dum par rakh den_5 minutes baad daarcheeni daal kar mazeed 5 minutes dum den_iske baad mazedad daal chicken chawalo ke sath serve karen_:)
