- 1 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder (all spices)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin)
- 1 tsp jaifel javetri (nutmeg, mace)
- 2 tsp zarde ka rang (food color)
- 4 timatar (tomatoes)
- 5 aalu bukhare (plums)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- 2 tbsp podina (mint)
- 1 neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 4 hari mirch (green chili)
- 2 tbsp khewra essence
