Black Peri Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg murghi (chicken boneless)
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic)
  • 1 tsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 2 tsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 1 bari piyaz (onion chopped 1 large)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 bari shimla mirch (capsicum 1 large)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Hasb e zarurat Kutti hoi laal mirch( red chili flakes as required)
  • Hasb e zarurat chinese namak (chinese salt)
  • 1 cup tail (oil)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Directions

Pehle bowl main chicken daal kar isme kutti laal mirch, chinese namak, namak, adrak lehsan paste or neembu ka rass daal kar 4 ghanty marinate hone rakh den_sauce pan main tail daal kar garam karlen or marinate kia hua chicken daal kar 5 minutes tak pakane ke baad piyaz or shimla mirch daal kar mazeed pakaen_iske baad 1tsp kutti laal mirch, 1/4 tsp chinese namak, chicken powder, namak or soya sauce daal kar achi tarah mix karen_ab sirka or 4 glass pani daal kar halki anch par pakaen_chicken gal jaye to thore se pani main corn flour ghol kar isme daal den_or 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen_jab garha hojae to dish main nikaal kar hari mirchen katti hoi daal kar serve karlen_:)
