- 750 gm Uble chawal (rice boiled)
- 2 tbsp Namak (salt)
- 3 tsp Pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric)
- 1 cup Dahi (yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp Kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 1/2 tsp Kaala zeera (cumin)
- 1 Tezpata (bay leaf)
- 3 Timatar (tomato sliced)
- 1 tbsp Kewra
- 1/4 tsp Saffron essence
- 1 cup tail (Oil)
