Beef Pulao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chawal (rice)
  • 1/2 kg gosht ubla hua (beef boiled)
  • 1 pao timatar (tomato)
  • 1 pao dahi (yogurt)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 2 tezpatay (bay leaf)
  • 2 bari ilaichi (black cardamom)
  • 4 long (cloves)
  • 10 hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1 tsp sabit kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Directions

Pehle ek pan main tail garam karke piyaz daal kar sunehra karlen_ab isme adrak lehsan paste, timatar, hari mirch, zeera, sabit kaali mirch, tezpatay, long, bari ilaichi, pissi laal mirch,namak or haldi daal kar halka sa bhunlen_phir isme ubla gosht or dahi shaamil karke halki anch par 5 minutes dum par rakh den_iske baad bheegay hue chawal or 1-1/2 cup pani daal kar pakne den_jab paani khushk hojae to isse 20 minutes dum par rakhen or phr chulah band karden_phr dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
