Ingredients

  • 1 kg gosht
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1-1/2 tsp sonf (fennel)
  • 1-1/2 tsp kalonji (nigella sativa)
  • 4 piyaz bareek kati hoi (onion)
  • Hasb e zarurat namak or laal mirch (red chili or salt as required)
  • 12 hari mirch bareek kati hoi (green chili)
  • 1-1/2 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 kg timatar (tomato)
  • Hasb e zarurat adrak lehsan pissa hua (ginger garlic paste as required)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil)
  • 1-1/2 tsp Methry

Directions

Pehle ek pan main piyaz ko bhun kar gosht, pissa hua adrak or lehsan daalen_or is waqt tak bhuntay rahen jab tak gosht ka pani khushk na hojaye_ab namak ,mirch mila kar dahi or timatar gosht main daal den or pakne den_jab paani khushk hone ko ajaye to isme zeera, sonf, methry kalonji or hari mirchen daal den_phir 10 minutes ke liye isko halki anch par dum par rakh den_tayar hone par taza roti ke sath serve karen_:)
