Chicken Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 murghi ke bareek kate hue seenay (chicken breast)
  • 1 shimla mirch (capsicum)
  • 1 gajar (carrot)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 hari mirch (spring onion)
  • 250 gm meda chana hua (flour)
  • 1/4 piyali doodh (milk)
  • 3 jave lehsan bareek kata hua (garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
  • 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
  • Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 tbsp tail (oil)

Directions

Pehle mede main tail, doodh, makhan or namak mila kar aatta goondh len_is aaty ke chotay peray bana kar roti bell len inhe tawe pe thora sa tail laga kar senk kar rakh len_ab murghi ke seenay, hari piyaz ,shimla mirch, celery or gajar ko lambai main kaat len_ab pan main tail garam karen or lehsan daal kar sunehra karke murghi daalen or rang tabdeel hone tak pakaen_isme sabziyan or baki tamam ajza ke naram hone tak pakaen or bhun kar chulah band karlen_rotiyon ke size ke chikne kagaz kaat kar rotiyan in par rakhen, rotiyon ke ek siray par murghi ka aameza laga kar lapet len_or serve karen_:)
