Chicken Bukhara Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken cubes boneless
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissa garam masala (all spice powder)
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 4 tbsp piyaz katti hoi (onion chopped)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 4 hari mirch katti hoi (green chili chopped)
  • 1 chutki tandoori rang ( 1 pinch)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 1 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • Tail deep fry ke liye (oil)
  • Tail 1/4 cup (oil)
  • 1 timatar kata hua (tomato chopped)
  • 1 tbsp kaaju pisse hue (cashew nuts powder)
  • 1 tbsp hara dhania kata hua (coriander leaves chopped)
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek)

Directions

Pehle boneless chicken ko 1 tsp pissi laal mirch, namak, 1 tsp pissa garam masala, corn flour, 2 tbsp piyaz 1/2 tsp haldi, katti hari mirch, tandoori rang, anda or neembu ke rass se marinate karlen_ab isse garam tail main 5 minutes deep fry karen or nikaal len_
Ab ek pan main 1/4 cup tail garam karke isme 2 tbsp katti piyaz halki brown karlen_phir isme kata timatar,namak, pissi laal mirch 1/2 tsp ,1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, pisse kaaju or kasoori methi daal kar achi tarah fry karlen_iske bad adha cup pani shaamil karke 5 minutes ke liye dum par rakh den_ab isme fry ki hoi chicken ke tukre dalen or hare dhania se garnish karke serve karen_:)
