Ingredients

  • 600 gm chawal (rice)
  • 4 ande (eggs)
  • 3 cups makhan (butter)
  • 1 dana heengh
  • 2 tsp rayi (mustard seeds)
  • 10 curry pata
  • 6 sabit laal mirch (red chili)
  • 1 tsp safed zeera (cumin)
  • 3 tbsp timatar puree (tomato puree)
  • 4 cups murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 2 cups timatar (tomato)
  • 6 hari mirchen (green chilies)

Directions

Ek pan main makhan garam karke sabit laal mirch, heengh, zeera or rayi daal kar mix karlen_sath hi curry pata bhi shamil karden_phir isme tomato puree, namak or chicken stock daal den_ab isme chawal shamil karen_achi tarah mix hojaen to is main bareek kate timatar or hari mirchen daal kar dum par rakhen_french frize or uble ando ke sath serve karen_:)
