- 1 kg murghi 12 tukray (chicken 12 pieces)
- 1 kg talli or pissi piyaz (fried onion paste)
- 1 cup tail (oil)
- 750 gm uble chawal (boiled rice)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp namak (salt)
- 1 tbsp lehsan ka paste (garlic paste)
Directions
Pehle pan main piyaz ko fry karke light brown karlen_or isse nikaal kar pees len_ab thore se pan main chicken, lehsan ka paste, namak or pissa garam masala daal kar achi tarah fry karen_phir isme talli or pissi adhi piyaz ko ek piyali pani ke sath mila kar shaamil karke dhaken_or itna pakaen ke wo tayar hojaen_ab isme bachi hoi talli piyaz daalen_phir layer den_pan main chawal phelaen phir chicken daalen_namak , garam masala or baki bache chawal daal kar dum par rakh den_akhir main inhe mix karke fry ki hoi kishmish or badaam ke slices ke sath serve karen_:)
