- 2 cups ykhani (stock)
- 2 piyaz (onion)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- Hasb e zarurat pissi laal mirch (red chili powder as required)
- Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
- Hasb e zarurat ajeenomoto
Directions
Pehle Piyaz ko bareek kaat kar rakhen_phir gosht ko saaf karke achi tarah dholen or phir lambai main chotay chotay tukray kaat len_in tukro ko paani main ubaal len or zara zada pani daalen_jab pani 2 cups reh jaye to isme pissi laal mirch, soya sauce ,piyaz or yakhni daal kar chand minutes ubaalen_jab tayar hojae to isme namak or ajeenomoto daalen or chuleh par se utaar kar garam garam serve karen_:)
