Ingredients
- 300 gm chawal (rice)
- 50 gm ubli moong ki daal (moong daal boiled)
- 50 gm ubli chane ki daal (chane daal boiled)
- 50 gm ubli masoor ki daal (masoor daal boiled)
- 1 piyali uble matar (peas boiled)
- 2 piyaz (onion)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
- Hasb e zarurat khara garam masala (whole spices as required)
- 4 hari mirch (green chili)
- Chand curry patay
- 3 uble chotay katay timatar (tomato boiled)
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
Directions
Pehle pan main ghee garam karke piyaz shamil karke pakaen_phir isme adrak lehsan ka paste, hari mirch or curry patay shamil karke 2 mimutes bhune_phir isme 1-1/2 glass pani, chawal or namak shaamil karden_jese hi chawal phool kar upar any lagy or pani sara khatam hojae to phir isme daalen or matar shaamil karke 10 minutes dum par rakh den_phir dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
