Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chawal bhige hue (rice)
- 1/2 kg qeema
- 250 gm kaali masoor ki daal ubli hoi (boiled)
- 250 gm timatar lambai main kate hue (tomato chopped)
- 250 gm shimla mirch chakor katti hoi (capsicum)
- 1 gathi podina ( mint 1 bunch)
- 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion)
- 10 sabit hari mirchen (green chilies)
- 1 tsp kutti hoi laal mirch (red chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp sabit garam masala (whole spices)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Sajane ke liye timatar or podina (mint and tomato for garnishing)
Directions
Pehle pan main tail garam karke piyaz sunehra karlen phir isme qeema, lehsan adrak, garam masala, haldi, laal mirch or namak mila kar bhune_phir dhakan dhank kar qeema galne tak pakaen_ab isme daal, chawal, shimla mirch, hari mirch or timatar daal kar chawal ubalne tak pakaen_phir dum par rakh den_mazedar pulao dish main nikaalen or podine or timatar ke sath saja kar serve karen_:)
