Hyderabadi Qeema Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/1 kg Qeema
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 2/1 kg chawal (rice)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 3 timatar (tomato)
  • 3 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
  • 6 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 2 tbsp lehsan adrak (ginger garlic)
  • 12 curry pattay
  • 1 cup podina (mint)
  • 1 tsp namak or laal mirch (salt and red chili)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1 tbsp garam masala (all spices)
  • 1 tbsp salan masala
  • 2 tezpata (bay leaf)
  • 6 long (cloves)
  • 2 tukray daarcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
  • 12 aalu bukhare (plums)
  • 1 tbsp till (sesame seeds)
  • 1 tbsp khashkhash (poppy)
  • 1/4 cup rang (feed color)

Directions

Chawalon main tezpata, long or darcheeni daal kar ubaal len_ab ek pan main piyaz fry karke hari mirch, adrak, lehsan, curry patta, namak, laal mirch, zeera , dhania, garam masala, salan masala or aalu bukhare daal kar bhune_or qeema daal kar bhune_ab pan main niche qeema daalen phir chawal daalen , podina, timatar or lehsan daalen phir qeema phir chawal timatar, leemun, podina or peela rang daal kar dum par rakh den_phir dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
