- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 gathi podina (mint 1/2 bunch)
- 2 oranges
- 2 hari piyaz (spring onions)
- 2 bunch salad patta
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Hasb e zaeqa Safed mirch (white pepper to taste)
