Ingredients
- 7 ounce sabit masoor ki daal (ek ghanta bhigo den)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak or kali mirch (black pepper and salt to taste)
- 6 tbsp timatar or lehsan (tomatoes and garlic)
- 4 piyaz kate hue (onion chopped)
- 4 timatar kate hue (tomato chopped)
- 2 salad ke patte bareek kate hue
- 1 tbsp dhania kata hua (coriander leaves chopped)
- 300 ml timatar ka russ (tomato juice)
- 1 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
- Zara sa lehsan pissa hua (garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp zaitoon ka tail (olive oil)
