- 2 cups safed lobiya (white beans)
- 2 cups laal lobiya (red beans)
- 2 cups kabuli chane (roasted gram)
- 1 shimla mirch (capsicum)
- 6 mooli (radish)
- 1 tbsp hari piyaz kati hoi (spring onion chopped)
- 1 tsp pissa zeera (cumin powder)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp zaitoon ka tail (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 1 java lehsan ka kuta hua (garlic cloves)
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Pehle Laal lobiya, safed lobiya or chano ko ubaal len_or jab gal jaen to paani nikaal kar ek piyale main rakh den_ab shimla mirch ke beej nikaal kar tircha kaat len_mooli ko bareek kat len_ab in sabziyo main lobiya, chane or hari piyaz shaamil karden_ab ek bowl main zeera, ketchup, lehsan, tail or sirka daal kar mix karlen_iske baad thora sa namak or hot pepper sauce daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_ab isko lobiya mix par daal den_ek ghanta fridge main rakh kar thanda karke serve karen_:)
