- 2 timatar katte hue (tomatoes)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 2 cups garam pani (hot water)
- 1 tsp laal mirch kati hoi (red chili chopped)
- 6 safed sirka (vinegar)

Piyaz par namak chirken or achi tarah milaen_iske upar garam pani daal kar dholen or chalni main daal kar khushk karlen_take pani nikal jaye_ab namak , garam pani, timatar kate hue , laal mirch, cheeni or safed sirka ko piyaz ke sath mix karlen_timatar or piyaz ka salad tayar hai_ab isse serve karen_:)
