Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Machli (fish  boneless)
  • 1/2 tsp Origano
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Kutti Laal mirch ( red chili)
  • 2 tbsp Kata hua Lehsan (chopped garlic)
  • 5 Timatar paste (tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp Namak (salt)
  • 2 tbsp neembu ka russ (Lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp Pissa Zeera (cumin powder)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 4 tbsp Kata hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 4 Katti hari mirch (green chili chopped)

Directions

Boneless machli ko cubes main kaat kar isme lemon juice, namak, timatar paste, zeera, kutti laal mirch or origano lagaen or 30 minutes ke liye rakh den_ab ek pan main oil garam karke usme lehsan chopped fry karlen_iske bad machli ke cubes daal kar 5 minutes tak fry karen or dhak kar 2 minutes pakaen_ ab dhakan hata kar tez anch par 3 minutes mazeed fry karlen_ akhir main kata hara dhaniya or hari mirch slices dalen or mix karke serve karen_:)
