Ingredients
- 4 cups paani (water)
- 1 chutki soda (1 pinch)
- 4 ilaichi (cardamom)
- 1/2 litre doodh (milk)
- 50 gm badaam, pistay (almonds,pistachio)
- 1 tbsp chaye ki patti ( tea leaves)
- Hasb e zarurat cheeni (sugar)
Directions
Pan main paani, chaye ki patti or ilaichi daal kar halki anch pae pakaen_
Jab 2 cups pani reh jaye to isme ek chutki khane ka soda daal kar phent len_
Ab doodh ko alag se garam karen_
Phir isme chaye ka khewa chaan kar daalen_
Aakhir main isse cup main nikaal len or badaam pistay daal kar serve karen_:)
