Fish karhai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Machli (fish)
  • 5 Katte timatar (tomatoes chopped)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 8 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 tsp Pissa zeera (cumin powder)
  • 2 tsp Pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 2 tbsp neembu ka russ (Lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp adrak (ginger)
  • 3 jave Lehsan (garlic 3 cloves)
  • 1/2 gathi Kata hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp Kaali mirch (black pepper)

Directions

Pan main oil garam karke adrak or lehsan fry karlen_phir kate timatar dal kar dhak den or naram hone tak pakaen_jab naram hojaen to ab namak, pissi laal mirch, pissa zeera, pissa dhania, lemon juice daal kar 3 minutes  pakaen_ phir machli or hara dhania daal kar dhaken or dheemi anch par galne tak pakaen_akhir main ahtiyat se dish main machli k tukre nikalen_or serve karen_:)
