Ingredients
- 1 pao aalu bukhare (plums)
- 2 glass pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp kaala namak (black salt)
- 1/2 tsp bhuna or pissa zeera (roasted cumin)
- 2 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- Hasb e zarurat baraf (ice as required)
- Hasb e zarurat podina (mint leaves as required)
Directions
Pehle pan main ek glass pani daal kar namak ,brown sugar or aalu bukhare daal kar ubaalen_
jab 2 ubaal ajaen to chuleh se utaar kar chilke nikaal len_ab isse ek blender main baraf, ek glass pani, neembu ka rass or pissa zeera ke sath blend karlen_
Jab tamam ajza mix hojaen to hasb e zarurat podine ki patiyan daal kar serve karen_:)
