Ingredients
- 1 kg chawal ublay hue (rice boiled)
- 1 pao murghi bgair haddi (chicken boneless)
- 2 shimla mirch (capsicum)
- 2 gajar (carrot)
- 1/2 cup matar (pea)
- 1 aalu (potato)
- 1 band gobhi choti (cabbage small)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Hasb e zarurat kaali mirch (black pepper as required)
- 1 tsp chinese salt
Directions
Ek pan main tail garam karen or adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar bhune_
Phir isme chicken shaamil karke pani khushk hone tak bhune_
Ab isme shimla mirch, gajar, matar, band gobhi, aalu, soya sauce, chili sauce, namak, kaali mirch or chinese salt shaamil karden_
Sabziyan halki gal jaen to isme chawal shamil karke dum par rakh den_
Iske baad garam garam serve karen_:)
