- 2-1/2 cup meda (flour)
- 1-1/2 cup aata (flour)
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1-1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup kate hue dry fruits (dry fruits chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Goondne ke liye doodh, pani (milk, water)
Directions
Pehle meday or aatay ko ikhata chaan len_
Ab isme namak, cheeni or adha ghee achi tarah mix karlen_ab pani or doodh daal kar goondh len_
Ab ek chota perha bana kar bell len_
Ab iske upar dry fruits phela kar dosra perha bana kar rakhen oe kinare achi tarah joren_
