Swiss Roll Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 piyali meda (flour)
  • 4 ande (eggs)
  • 1 piyali cheeni (sugar)
  • 4 tbsp ghee ya tail (ghee or oil)
  • Filling ke liye fresh cream 2 piyali ya 1-1/2 piyali jam

Directions

Pehle meday ko 2 martaba chaan len_
Ando ki safedi or zardi ko alag alag phent len_cheeni or ghee ko mila kar phente phir meday or ande ko mila len_
Oven ko 180c par 20 minutes pehle garam karlen_or is mixture ko bare size ke baking tray main daal kar 15 se 20 minutes bake karlen_(take patli si sheet ki shakal main bane)_
Oven se nikaal kar foran hi brown paper par palat den_or kuch der thanda hone den_phir hasb e mansha cream ya jam achi tarah phela kar lagaen or tight roll karlen_
Paper main roll tight se lapet kar 10-15 minutes ke liye fridge main rakh kar nikaal len or ab slices kaat len_
Ye slices freeze main rakh kar mazeed thanda karlen or serve karen_:)
