Ingredients

  • 1 cup uble chawal (rice boiled)
  • 1 tbsp zaitoon ka tail (olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup palak bareek kati hoi (spinach)
  • 1/2 cup bareek kati Band gobhi (cabbage)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke palak or band gobhi ko 1 minute tak fry karen_ab isme namak or pissi laal mirch daal kar mix karen_ab chawal shamil karke kuch der dum par rakh den or serve karen_:)
