Ingredients

  • 2 cups Moong Daal
  • 8 cups Pani (water)
  • 4 Timatar (tomatoes) 
  • 1 tbsp Pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp Pisse dhania (coriander powder)  
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Namak (salt to taste)
  • 1 tsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
  • 4 Sabit laal mirchen (red chilies)
  • 1/2 cup Hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 3-4 Hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 4 tbsp tail (Oil)

Directions

Ek pan main pani, daal, pisse dhania, pissi laal mirch, haldi or namak shamil karke dhak kar 30 minutes ya galne tak pakaen...phir jab daal gal jaye to usme timtar or hari mirchen daal kar dhak den r timatar galne tk pakaen_jab timatar gal jayen to dosre pan main oil , lehsan or sabit laal mirch daal kar bhagar deker daal main daal den_akhir main hare dhaniya daal ke upar daal kar dish main nikal ke serve karen_:)
