Ingredients

  • 2 bakray ki kaleji (liver)
  • 10 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 4 timatar (tomato)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp kati adrak (ginger chopped)
  • Hasb e zaeqa neembu ka rass (lemon juice to taste)
  • 3 cups tail (oil)

Directions

Pehle kaleji ko achi tarah saaf karlen_phir isme adrak lehsan ka paste laga kar ek ghanta chor den_ab pan main tail garam karke kaleji ko bhunlen_ab adrak lehsan ka paste, timatar or hari mirch shaamil karlen_jab paani khushk hojae to mazeed bhunlen_akhir main katti adrak, hari mirch, namak or neembu ka rass daal kar 5 minutes tak dum den_ab garam garam naan ke sath serve karen_:)
