Bhuni Hoi Kaleji Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg kaleji (liver)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tsp lehsan ka paste (garlic paste)
  • 1 tsp adrak (ginger)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 timatar (tomato)
  • 2 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 3 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)
  • 1/2 cup ghee

Directions

Pehle hari mirch, namak,lehsan adrak or zeera pees kar masala tayar karlen_ab pan main ghee garam karke kaleji fry karke nikaal len_ab ghee garam karke piyaz fry karlen phir timatar or tayar masala shaamol karke bhune_phir kaleji daal kar mazeed bhune_jab bhun jaye to utaar len_ab hara dhania or hari mirch bareek kat kar daal den_bhuni hoi kaleji tayar hai ab isse plate main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
