Bhindi Gosht Qorma Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg bakray ka gosht (mutton)
  • 1/2 kg bhindi (ladyfinger)
  • Hasb r zarurat tail (oil as required)
  • 3 piyaz kate hue (onion chopped)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • Hasb e zarurat sabit garam masala (whole spices)
  • 1 pao dahi (yogurt)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp pissa dhania (cumin powder)
  • 2 tbsp khewra
  • 1 tukra adrak (ginger 1 piece)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke isme piyaz fry karlen_jab piyaz golden brown hojaen to isse nikaal kar alag rakh den_ab pan main ghee garam karke isme lehsan adrak ka paste,garam masala or bakray ka gosht or hasb e zarurat pani shaamil karke isse pakne rakh den_ab ek alag pan main bhindi fry karlen_jab gosht galne lagy to isme dahi shamil karlen_phiir sath hi namak, pissi laal mirch or pissa dhania daal kar pakaen_jab pak jaye to fry ki hoi bhindi , fry piyaz or kewra daal kar 5 minutes ke liye dum par rakh den_akhir main plate main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
