Bhindi Gosht Recipe

Ingredients

  • 700 gm bakray ka gosht (mutton)
  • 200 gm bhindi (ladyfinger)
  • 1 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp pissa dhania (cumin powder)
  • 1 piyaz pissi hoi (onion paste)
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • Hasb e zarurat pissa garam masala (all spices powder as required)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 1/2 bunch)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke piyaz fry karen or bakray ka gosht daal kar achi tarah bhune_ab adrak lehsan ka paste, namak, pissi laal mirch, haldi, pissa dhania or pissi piyaz daal kar masala bhun len ,sath hi dahi daalen_jab achi tarah bhun jaye to isme pani shaamil karke galne rakh den_gosht gal jaye or pani khushk hojae to isse bhun kar shorba daalen_sath hi bhindi ko fry karke daal den_phir hari mirch or pissa garam masala bhi shaamil karke 2 minutes pakaen_akhir main isse nikaal kar hara dhania or garam masala daal kar serve karen_:)
