Ingredients

  • 3 piyaz bareek kate hue (onion)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)
  • 1/2 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp kalonji (nigella stiva)
  • 1/2 tsp rayi (mustard )
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 2 tbsp sonf (fennel)
  • 5 long (cloves)
  • 8 sabit laal mirch (red chili)
  • 1 tbsp lehsan adrak paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 4 timatar kate hue (tomato chopped)
  • Sajane ke liye neembu, hara dhania or hari mirch (lemon, green chili or coriander leaves for garnishing)

Directions

Pehle pan main tail garam karke piyaz fry karlen_ab isme methi dana,kalonji, rayi, zeera, sonf, long or sabit laal mirch daal kar bhune_phir gosht shaamil karke 3 minutes tez anch par bhun len_ab anch halki karke adrak lehsan paste daal kar bhune_ab isme pissi laal mirch, haldi or namak daal kar mix karen_or 1 tbsp pani daal kar bhunlen_ab timatar shaamil karen or 1/2 cup pani daal kar tez anch par dhaanp kar pakne ke liye rakh den_kuuch der baad anch halki karden_
10-15 minutes baaf chuleh se hata kar dish main nikaal len_ab neembu, hari mirch or hare dhania se garnish karke naan ke sath serve karen_:)
