Aalu Gosht Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg gaye ka gosht (beef)
  • 1/2 kg aalu (potato)
  • 5 piyaz (onion)
  • 8 sabit laal mirch (red chilies)
  • 6 long (cloves)
  • 1 tukra darcheeni (cinnamon 1 stick)
  • 2 kaali ilaichi (black cardamom)
  • 2 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
  • 8 kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1 inch ka tukra adrak (ginger 1 inch piece)
  • 8 jave lehsan (garlic cloves 8)
  • 1/4 cup sirka (vinegar)
  • 8 hari mirch ( green chili)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tsp rayi dana (mustard seeds)
  • 1 tbsp sabit dhania (coriander leaves)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste

Directions

Pehle pan main tail garam karlen_phir aalu daal kar fry karen or ek taraf rakh den_ab halki anch par zeera, rayi dana, haldi or sabit laal mirch daal kar pakaen_phir blender main daal kar pees len_ab isme adrak lehsan, kaali ilaichi, hari ilaichi, kaali mirch, long, sabit dhania, daarcheeni or sirka dal  den or paste tayar karlen_ab ek pan main piyaz daal kar fry karen or gosht daal kar bhune_ab isme tayar paste daalen or thori der bhunlen_ab isme pani shamil karke pakne rakh den_jab gosht gal jaye to isme fry aalu or hari mirch daal kar pakaen or dhakan se dhanp den_jab tail upar ajae to isse dish main utaar len or naan ya chawal ke sath serve karen_:)
