Black Currant Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 gm blackcurrants
  • 200 gm fresh cream phenti hoi (fresh cream whipped)
  • 1 cup paani nikli dahi (hung curd)
  • 1 litre Vanilla ice cream 
  • 3/4 blueberry syrup
  • 1-1/2  tbsp Gelatin
  • 1/4 pani (water)

Directions

Blackcurrants ko bhigo len_ab chand blackcurrants ek taraf rakh den or baaki 1/2 cup pani main daal kar puree bana len_phir fresh cream, dahi, vanilla ice cream or pani blend karlen_ab gelatin ko pani main ghol kar puree main milaen or tayar mixture blend karlen_phir glass main nikaal kar blackcurrants daalen_or ek ghanta thanda hone ke liye rakh den_thori puree upar se daalen or fresh cream se  decorate karke thanda serve karen_:)
