Punjabi Yakhni Pulao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 gms haddi wala gosht (meat cubed with bones)
  • 750 gms bhigoe hue chawal (rice soaked)
  • 4 piyaz (onion)
  • 3 tbsp adrak pissa (ginger paste)
  • 2 tbsp adrak pissa (garlic paste)
  • 1-1/2 cup tail ya ghee )(oil/ clarified butter)
  • 1 packet shan punjabi yakhni pulao mix

Directions

Pehle 7 cups paani main gosht, adrak paste, lehsan paste or shan punjabi yakhni pulao mix daal kar dhak ke ubalne rakh den, yhan tak ke gosht poori tarah gal jaye or naram hojae_
Ab gosht ko yakhni se nikaal kar yakhni ko chaan len or garam masalo ko phenk den_
Tail garam karke isme piyaz fry karlen, yhan tak ke wo golden hojaen_Ab isme gosht or yakhni shaamil karke ubaal any tak pakaen_
Bhigay hue chawalo ka pani nikal kar chawalo ko gosht or yakhni main shaamil karen_phir inhe dhak kar halki anch par pakne den_
Akhir main chuleh se utaar kar mix karke serve karen_:)
