Lagan Ka Murgh Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg murghi 8 tukray (chicken 8 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp khopra (desiccated coconut)
  • 10 kaaju (cashew nuts)
  • 1 tbsp khashkhash (poppy seeds)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp garam masala (allspice)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic)
  • 6 hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 10 podine ke pattay (mint leaves)
  • 1/2 cup talli piyaz (brown onion)
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)

Directions

Pehle khopra, kaaju or khashkhash ko bgair tail ke bhun kar pees len_
Ab tail garam karke isme adrak lehsan, piyaz, namak, laal mirch, hari mirch, tomato puree or dahi daal kar fry karen_
Phir isme chicken daal kar dhak kar pakaen or pissa paste shamil karden_
Akhir main hara dhania or podina daal kar dum par rakhen phir serve karen_:)
