Bukhari pulao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chawal (rice)
  • 125 gm aalu bukhare (plum)
  • 1/2 kg aalu (potatoes)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 4 timatar (tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp mix garam masala (all spice mix)
  • 6 hari mirch (green chilies)
  • Ek gathi podina ( 1 bunch mint)
  • 1 tsp kala zeera (black cumin)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 kg murgi (chicken)
  • 1 tsp Kutti laal mirch (crushed red pepper)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic)
  • 2 cup pani (water)

Directions

Aalu bukharo main 2 cup pani, kutti laal mirch or namak daal kar pakaen_aalu gal jaen or ek pani reh jae to chulah band karden_dosre pan main piyaz brown krke chicken ke tukre or aalu shamil karen or adrak lehsan daal kar bhune_ab isme pani or namak daal kar pakaen ke dono cheezen gal jaen_phir in main timatar ,hari piyaz, hari mirch, podina, garam masala, kala zeera, aalu bukhare or chawal daal kar 20 minutes tak dum pe rakh den phir nikaal kar serve karen_:)
