Ingredients
- 1 cup ubla hua chicken qeema (boiled chicken mince)
- 1 cup uble hue aalu (boiled potato)
- 1 bareek kati piyaz (onion finely hopped)
- 4 bareek kati hari mirch (green chili finely chopped)
- 6 aaty ya meday ke peray
- 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tsp sabit dhania (coriander seeds)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala (alspice)
- 1 tsp kutta anar dana (pomegranate curshed)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Hasb e zarurat hara dhania or podina (mint, coriander leavs as required)
- Talne ke liye ghee (for frying)
Directions
Chicken qeema, aalu ,piyaz, hari mirch, laal mirch, sabit dhania, zeera, garam masala, anar dana, namak, podina or hara dhania ko achi tarah mix karlen_
Bane hue pero ko thora sa bell len_
Ek belay hue peray par chicken aalu ka aameza phelaen or phir dosra pera bell kar upar rakh kar kinare achi tarah band karden_
Ab isko mazeed bell len_
Garam tawe par ghee laga kar paratha tall len_
