Ingredients
- 250 gm fish boneless bareek kati hoi (fish boneless finely chopped)
- 1 hari piyaz bareek kati hoi (spring onion finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala (alspice)
- 2 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- 1 ande ki safedi (egg white)
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 8 bread slices
Directions
Machli main hari piyaz, soya sauce, namak, kaali mirch, garam masala, hara dhania, ande ki safedi or corn flour mix karlen_
Bread slices ke kinare kaat kar inke chotay chotay cubes karlen_
Ab 1 khane ka chamach se machli ke mixture ko balls ki shakal main roll karlen_
Phir isse bread cubes main toss karke dabaen_
Ab inhe freezer main 30 minutes ke liye rakhen_
Phir deep fry karlen, yhan tak ke wo golden brown hojaen_
Golden fish balls tayar hain ab isse serve karen_:)
