Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 tbsp kacha papeta (Raw papaya)
  • 4 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic)
  • 1 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 3 tbsp adrak ka rass (ginger juice)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak ( salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp adrak (ginger chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Hasb e zarurat makhan (butter as required)

Directions

Pehli marination ke liye ek bowl main kacha papeeta, 2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste, pissi laal mirch, 1 tbsp adrak ka juice, hasb e zarurat namak, sirka or tail ko achi tarah mix karke lamb chops par lagaen or 2 se 3 ghanty rakh den_

Dosri marination ke liye ek bowl main 2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste, dahi, 2 tbsp adrak ka juice, adrak chopped,hasb e zarurat namak, garam masala, 2 tbsp tail or makhan lamb chops par laga kar mazeed 2 se 3 ghanty rakh den_iske baad stick main marinated lam chops laga kar koel ya tandoor main roast karlen_dono sides se mazeed makhan laga den_phir salad ke sath serve karen_:)
