Bhuna Murgh Shaljam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg shaljam (turnip)
  • 1/2 kg murgh (chicken)
  • 4 hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 2 timatar (tomatoes)
  • 2 piyaz (onion)
  • 1 tsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp pissa garam masala (garam masala powder)
  • 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tsp bhuna zeera (roasted cumin)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania ( 1/2 bunch coriander)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)

Directions

Ek pan main tail garam karke zeera, hari mirch, adrak lehsan or piyaz dalen_jab piyaz brown hone lagy to timatar ,haldi, laal mirch, namak, pissa garam masala, pissa dhania or zeera daal kar mazeed 6 minutes pakaen_ab isme shaljam dalen_phir murgh shamil karke 10 minutes pakaen, yhan tak ke shaljam or murgh gal jaen_akhir main hara dhania daal kar serve karen_:)
