Sheermal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cup meda (flour)
  • Hasb e zarurat namak (salt as required)
  • 1 tbsp pissi cheeni (sugar powder)
  • 1/2 cup khoya
  • 2-1/2 tsp khameer (yeast)
  • 1 tsp kewra
  • 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 anda (eggs)
  • 4 tbsp Fill cream milk powder
  • Dough banane ke liye neem garam pani (lukewarm water)
  • Brush karne ke liye doodh (milk)
  • Chirakne ke liye till (sesame seeds)

Directions

Ek bowl main meda, namak, cheeni, khoya, khameer, kewra, ghee, cream, anda or fill cream milk powder ko mix karlen_
Phir neem garam pani ke sath naram dough goodh len or isse itna chor den ke wo double hojaye_
Ab dough ki 3 ya 4 balls bana len_
Ab inhe hath se daba kar tashtiri jitna karlen or foil lagi tray par phela den_
Phir is par darmiyan main kante ki madad se surakh karlen_
Phir isse rakh kar 45 minutes ke liye rakh den_
Iske baad is par doodh brush ki madad se lagaen_
Thore se till bhi chirak den_
Phir isko 200c par 12-15 minutes bake ke liye rakh den_
Ab isko nikaal kar thora sa doodh laga kar foil se cover karke rakh den_
Phir serve karen_:)
