Ingredients

  • 2 litre doodh (milk)
  • 6 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
  • 1-1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
  • 2 cups khushk doodh (dry milk powder)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp meda (flour)
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 2 ande (eggs)
  • Hasb e zarurat pistay (pistachio as required)

Directions

Doodh ko ubaalen jab ubaal ajae to cheeni or hari ilaichi daal kar halki anch par pakne den ke doodh thora sa garha hojaye_
Ek bare bowl main drymilk powder, baking powder or meda hath se mix karen phir isme ghee daal kar kuch der hath se maslen_
Ab ande daal kar goondhe ke aesi dough ban jaye jo na zada sakht or khush na zada naram ho_agar dough khushk hoto 1 spoon doodh shamil karen_
Ab dough ke chotay size ke balls bana len or inko ubalty hue doodh main daal kar dhanp kar anch thori tez  karen_
Jab ubaal any lagy to dhakan hata kar anch halki karden_
Jab doodh niche hojaye to dubara anch tez karke wahi amal dohraen_
Jab teesra ubaal any lagy to dhakan hatae bghair anch halki karden_
2-3 minutes dum par rakh ke dish main nikaal len_
Isse pistay se garnish karke thanda serve karen_:)
