Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre doodh (milk)
  • 1/2 kg cheeni (sugar)
  • 1 pinch nitri acid ya lemon juice
  • 1/2 pao chawal (rice)

Directions

Doodh ko chuleh par chara den_
Pakne lagy to nitric acid ya leemun ka russ thora sa daal den_doodh phat jaye to utaar len_
Kapray main andeel kar latka den take pani nichar jaye, or phitkiyon ka paneer bana len_
Chawal saaf karke 2 ghantay tak bhigoe rakhen_
Phir pees len_
Chawal ke atty or paneer ko ghantay bhar tak goondhty rahen or khoob yakjan karlen_got nama bana len_
Cheeni main 1 pao paani daal kar pakaen_
1 tar par chashni bane to ras gulle daal den_or pakne den_
Naram hojayen to utaar len_
Ab sheera dishout karke isme ras gulle daal den_
