Ingredients

  • 3 kg doodh (milk)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi ilaichi (cardamon powder)
  • 2 tbsp kewra
  • 2 cups cheeni (sugar)
  • Hasb e zarurat badam pistay (almonds & pistachio as required)

Directions

Rabri ek khaas karhai main banai jati hai jiska penda seedha hota hai isi qisam ki karhai main jalebi bhi banai jati hai_isse aam tor par taii kehte hen_
1 kg Doodh ko tayi main is tarah pakaen ke doodh ke bulbulay na bane bas halka halka pake_
Doodh pakne se upar jo teh ae isse flat chamach se karhai main ek taraf karte jaen_
Doodh ke upar banne wali teh jab karhai main ek taraf karden to thora sa mazeed doodh karhai main daalen_
Jab sara doodh karhai main daal den or side par kaafi garhi teh ban jaye to doodh main kewra, ilaichi powder or cheeni shamil karke doodh ko pakaen_
Cheeni doodh main hal hojae to doodh ko jo side pe balai ki tahen ki thi inke upar dalty hue mix karen, ye sara aameza garha hoke rabri ban jaega_
Is rabri ko dish main nikaal len or badam pistay se garnish karke serve karen_:)

Ye rabri naram hogi agar khushk rabri banana chahty hen to rabri ko mazeed paka ke doodh or cheeni ko khushk karen_is rabri ke upar thori c cheeni daal kar isko plate maib nikaal len_
