Aalu Or Mong Phali Ki Tikki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 uble aalu (boiled potatoes)
  • 1 shimla mirch bareek kati (capsicum finely chopped)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 1 piyali double roti ka chura (breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 piyali mongphali tali or kutti (fried peanut crushed)
  • 1/2 piyali bhutte ke uble dane (boiled corn seeds)
  • 1/2 piyali taza doodh (fresh milk)
  • 1 tbsp kutta anar dana (pomegranate crushed)
  • 2 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)

Directions

Pehle aaluo ko kuchal len_
In main shimla mirch, moong phali, bhutte, anaar dana,doodh, laal mirch or namak daal kar hathon se achi tarah milaen_
Phir is mixture ki tikiya bana len_
Tikiyo ko pehle ande, phir double roti ke chure main lapente or frying pan main tail garam karke sunehra hone tak fry karen_
Phir dish main nikaal ke serve karen_:)
