Aalu Ki Tikki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 aalu (potatoes)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (alspice)
  • 4 hari mirch barek kati (green chili finaly chopped)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania bareek kata (coriander leavs finaly chopped)
  • 3/4 cups besan (gram flour)
  • 3 tbsp moong phali ke dane kutte hue (peanut crushed)
  • 2 tbsp till (sesame seeds)
  • Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)

Directions

Aaluo ko ubaal len_
Phir inka chilka utaar kar hath se ya kante ki madad se mesh karlen_
Ab isme namak, garam masala, bareek kati hari mirch, bareek kata hara dhania, besan, moong phali ke dane kutte hue or till daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Is mixture se munasib size ki tikiya bana len_
Ek karhai main tail garam karen_
Halki anch par aaluo ki tikiyan ahtiyat se deep fry karen_
Chamach bar bar na chalaen kyun ke tikiyan fry hokar khud upar ajaengi_
Phir dish main nikaal kar chatni ke sath serve karen_:)
